Cancelling an Order

Need to cancel an order? It’s cool, everyone changes their mind sometimes! Read on to find out how!

Hey! Before we get started, here’s a few things to keep in mind about order cancellation at Woot!:
-Customer Service does not cancel orders or change addresses on orders.
-Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of when they are placed.
-If you want to cancel an order, you must cancel the entire order, not just select items.
-You cannot cancel orders that have items from a Woot-off or items with expedited shipping.

1. Determine if your order can be cancelled by reading the box above. We didn’t make it yellow just for decoration, you know.

2. Click Stuff You Bought underneath your name. It’s in the upper right corner of any page on Woot! How convenient is that?!

3. You’ll come to a page that lists all your orders. Find the order you want to cancel and click the big button that says Cancel My Order. If you don’t see the button, your order cannot be canceled.

4. Fill out the form. Select the reason for your cancellation and leave us a note in the box below, if you so desire. Click the green button that says Cancel Order. Your order won’t be cancelled until you click this button!

5. When your order has been successfully cancelled, you’ll see a message on the page. It’ll look a little something like this:
