Got one a couple of weeks ago, it works great. Like a regular mouse but it doesn't need to touch a desktop- just wave it around like a flashlight. Comes with some built -in shortcuts too.

You install the software and it puts another icon in system tray and gives you a another startup picture on every boot. I uninstalled because it is too annoying on boot.
