what the?... after those nice headphones yesterday, you bring us this?... hmmm... interesting selection... so here's useful linkage w/ CSE links... for comparing and all that.

I do a daily woot blog where I talk about the woot, link to CSEs, find reviews, etc. A few people have told me it's useful. Google "useful linkage" and there it is.

I believe my TomTom is a little better than this... only for a little more money.

Check out my Woots!

Don't worry, it's only a link to an image. It is work-safe as well for any of you who fear possible nudity popping up on your screen while you're sneaking around on Woot.

Chris8907

good woot, but no bluetooth so none for me

mmazing

How useful is this for geocaching?

jfp221

I need a GPS but I'm not sure about this one, has anyone used it?

Brad and Janet weren't on their honeymoon.

Just sayin.

Anyone know how this compares to the Mio that Circuit City had on Black Friday? I believe it is the 210 model.

swapnildipankar

How does this compare to Garmin c330 and the likes?

pentau

Looks like a quite good deal...

This actually is a good price, but I have not interest or need for it. These go for $300+ in many places.

gruppchef

jimstein

If you can find the maps (or don't mind driving without maps), yes

EDIT: by find I mean "buy them somewhere", *NOT* downloading

"2GB flash built in on US version, 2GB SD card included with Canadian version. Hardware is otherwise identical. Both versions come with US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam maps on CD. You'll receive one of these two versions."

Any word from Woot! on what percentage chance you have of the US version?

Great Woot! Does it have wi fi or bluetooth capabilities?

RobGlenn

TomTom One is on Amazon for less.

GPS units can be funny things. I purchased one from J C Penney's last month -- for $40 more. It was also an off brand.

The unit had me heading SOUTH on I-17 in AZ to get to Flagstaff (when it is due north of where I am).

Needless to say, I quickly returned it to Penney's.

thabulldog

I would think twice, I have the previous woot navman from about a year and a half ago and all I can say is I am far from pleased. I am a driver by trade and the other navman that I have is impossible to use sometimes and can take over 15 minutes to find where it is most of the time.

FamilyGuyPsp

"Touch Screen" DOES add you the price you guys. Seems like a good deal, maybe I'll tell a few relatives who are interested...

Garmn rocks. Everything else is second best. I set mine to direct route fastest way and mine found a direct route useing dirt roads I never knew were there!

But, North american maps should mean just that. North America, which would include Canada and "maybe" even Mexico. If it was just the USA, it would say USA.

Satanic Mechanic? My old CB handle. Man, if we had THESE when we cruised...

I might get this just because the froogle price is so high

Never wooting again. I've learned my lesson about inferior customer service.

Nice price... for the avg price of this unit... But it doesn't say the street names... And thats something that i'm looking for in my next GPS device...
Semi-Neat camera idea for you POI's that you visit often...

But its a good brand... better than Mio's and the crap you see for cheap..

Good woot.

I was wondering, what do GPS units like this need bluetooth for? My girlfriend was asking me a few days ago if she could use her phone with bluetooth on her GPS without being billed... I dont have a clue Why the frown? she was talking about.
