I thought all the wooters and the woot staff might enjoy my and my wife's Halloween costumes this year.

I haven't been able to land a Boggy Old Creature from woot yet, but I don't think anything I would get from woot would match this one!







Note the hands, complete with rubber tubing, to shoot me across the room...


Most of the people at the Halloween party got it and loved it - we won first prize in the costume contest. The prize actually included a mini keychain woot monkey!

Maybe this costume will make the woot gods smile upon me and I'll land the Boggy Old Creature next time...

Who made the monkey costume??

I bought the costume - it was a Curious George costume - then sewed on the fabric to make the "helmet" and made the cape from the same fabric. I printed out "woot!" from some hi-res images and used them as a template for the words on the cape. Took me a good chunk of the day to get it all done.

Edit: I brought a woot monkey with me to do the screaming for me. No flying, fortunately - I definitely would have hurt myself... lol
