Interesting coincedence... Tonight on the Daily Show, the guest was U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice. Ironicly, she looks good for breakfast too ;o)
mom used to make this for me all the time when i was a kid. Works great with leftover rice that you always have from ordering chinese. For a bit of fruit, you can mix in raisins or dried cranberries. Yum.
