This WAS a great product. Shame on all those over the years who couldn't follow instructions. I could wash a car in less than 30 minutes and not have any wet towels to deal with. Unfortunately anyone who buys this now should expect to product fantastic, spot free results, but alas Proctor & Gamble has discontinued the supplies (soap and filter) that are essential to continued use. So you'll get a car wash or two and then you're stuck with a useless piece of junk.
