Sooo...I have been checking Fedex for a while now and for the past 3 days, my order has been listed as initiated. They show the pick-up day as the 28th and the delivery day as the 31st.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think it is in transit and just has not been updated on the site?

I'm having trouble placing a phone call- I don't know why my sim card keeps falling out the slot in the bottom...

Also- multi-tasking doesn't work so well on mine....

Never had one of these. looks fun. Maybe I'll write an app for it. Maybe I'll e the first to make a flashlight out of it.

Mine arrived today and the website never updated to a shipped status. I honestly thought it would be next week before I got it.

I never got a track number OR a ship notice but it was delivered today in a bubble pouch thing. Excellent condition and I am having a really fun time!!!

My credit card was billed on the 26th, FedEx tracking by reference shows same thing:

Technically Friday is five days. It says usually ships within 5 business days. Saturday and Sunday don't count as business days...no one is there to put your order together.

does the day you order ( Friday ) count as a business day?..if so then Thursday is the fifth day.

Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

I am happy for those who like me ordered on the 23rd and already have them, guess mine will wear out a week later than theirs in the end.

OK now we know when the five days begin and why we are charged before shipping, but what about the order of shipping? Are items shipped in the order that they are bought, eg. those who order first get shipped first?

i just followed the fedex website by entering my order number, it says intransit scheduled to deliver on 30th July. It was shipped from NJ. I am from MN. Currently the order shows in transit PA dated 28th July

Thank you... guess mine shipped today, and due in San Diego on the 4th.

Yesterday I checked the tracking & it said:
Ship date: 7/28/10
Estimated delivery: 7/29/10

Now it says:
Ship date: 7/29/10
Estimated delivery: 7/30/10

I'm literally less than 30 miles than where it's shipping from (in NJ). I really hope it comes today & doesn't change to Monday

Mine just says that it's ordered. On my account, there's nothing about it being shipped, haven't received an email with tracking. I order from woot occasionally, and love it, and am very patient. However, my newly working 16 year old bought this ipod with her own money and is driving me to distraction with "is it here yet".

We received it yesterday, daughter is super happy, kind of a neat little toy too!! Of course, I am iStupid, so it took me two hours to figure out itunes and getting it to work, but she's got apps and all sorts of crap on it. As usual, Woot rules!!!!
