Agreed. I'm guessing jentaylor may be newer here. Look, I'm all for speaking up and expressing your dissatisfaction as a way to get a company to do something to help you - that's generally a great approach. It's just that 1) Woot isn't just any company, and is probably about 5X more likely to treat you like a human being in the first place, and 2) it was already clear that in this case they were doing just that, despite that whatever had gone wrong wasn't their fault (at least, assuming that you believe everything they're telling us, which I'm inclined to for some reason).
