That's the one! The comments on cheeseburger were all over the place. Some people like to champion a cause, even when it's not their cause, and others tend to find offense in anything and everything. I'd like to think the rest of us are somewhere in the middle, occasionally checking to see how others perceive us, and making adjustments if we're sending the wrong message.

And then there's Woot. Whoo boy ... don't get me started on those Wootites. What a backward group of people. Why, they couldn't _____ if their _____ depended on it. Not without a _____ at least.

Subject: Mouse Balls

If a mouse fails to operate or should it perform erratically, it may need a ball replacement.

Mouse balls are now available as FRU (Field Replacement Units).

Because of the delicate nature of this procedure, a replacement of
mouse balls should only be attempted by properly trained personnel.

Before proceeding, determine the type of mouse balls by examining the
underside of the mouse.

Domestic balls will be larger and harder than foreign balls.

Ball Removal - procedures differ depending upon the manufacturer of the mouse.

Foreign balls can be replaced using the pop off method.
Domestic balls are replaced by using the twist off method.

Mouse balls are not usually static sensitive. However, excessive
handling can result in sudden discharge. Upon completion of ball
replacement, the mouse may be used immediately.

It is recommended that each person have a pair of spare balls for
maintaining optimum customer satisfaction.

Any customer missing his balls should contact the local personnel in
charge of removing and replacing these necessary items.

Please keep in mind that a customer without properly working balls is
an unhappy customer.

LOL I had to install some software on a person's computer (much higher position than me). It always took a long time and I soon as I saw the trackball, I said it was going to take longer. This person then went on and on about how great a trackball was and even made his/her assistant use one!!! At this point, I'm thinking... like hell you'd make me use one of those!

One of my users has a track ball and I hate it too! She swears by it, plus, it's left handed. It's impossible... and I let her know every time. We wouldn't buy her one so she bought it herself, but I don't provide technical support for such items.

OK, I got the brushes and when the lawn guys leave the neighbors I will start painting. Right now there is a blower and dust.
It is time to retell hubby he needs to get a lawn service. He likes doing it, but it is taking up a big chunk of his time off and the house needs stuff done.

I have four dining room chairs to sell. Would Craigs List be better than eBay?

depends. I think ebay tends to get higher prices but not by much. Chairs and such are good things for Craigslist because is it so location dependent and people will come to pick them up. Don't have to deal with shipping. You must say so when you use it. Also, the list must be active in your area to make it work.
