can't be more than once per day. has to be a slow leak from the tank into the bowl, and at 2 AM the bowl has acquired enough water to flush. any toilet will flush itself if you pour enough water into the bowl to trigger the flush.

I'd replace the flapper, or at least readjust it so that it closes better. might clean it off too, because it might have some grit or something making it not be able to completely seal between flushes.

I replaced the flapper with a kit that added a new surface for it to seal to about a year ago. I think it just landed wrong that night. Haven't seen a problem since.

Bright white anything!

Sorry, it did make choosing dishes for the wedding registry easy though, anything with bright white was right out!

People keep saying that, but on my screen, in both MSIE and FF, it's half the size it used to be, and is making my eyes hurt to read. If I increase the font size in FF, all that koi on the right gets bigger too.

It inhales sharply and creates suction. It inhales sharply and creates suction. It inhales sharply and creates suction.

No, mine is smaller too. The sig line font is so small it is really hard to read

I freaking DESPISE this new format!
The font in the posts is smaller and harder to read and there isn't enough contrast in other parts, like the time and date of the posts.
Come on, woot staff..... not all of your customers are 18. Actually, those of us who buy the most stuff are most likely older, and speaking for myself, I'd like the site to be easier to see, like the old one was.
I don't care about the green, although I'd prefer another color in with it.

Reminded me of this video I watch the other day. Really funny.

Mod note...language in that video is NSFW or little kids. There are curses in it that were very popular in the early 70's at my HS in Brooklyn!

Why don't you rant about it here? Might help. Can't hurt. Don't blame you a bit.

Being direct or
blunt, no problem. Expressing
rage is new to me.

Let me try something different. Don't think this is a limerick, but it's not haiku...

There once was a company that laid me off, true.
Still like the company and some of the crew.
House, small barn, and land, one acre.
Mineral rights go to the mortgage company taker.
Loss of independence.{RAGE} My understanding grew.

Thanks no1

Think this will be my last post on this subject, as I'm a really private person. But with your encouragement and supportive posts, I'm working through this.
Thank you pooflady, reddesertbrat, dontwantaname, josephus, and no1.
What was discovered by writing everything down on paper instead of the computer is-
Pinpointing the rage-
1. It's not my former company. I still like them and some of the people working there. Although they have laid off hundreds of people, it's a business that is desperately trying to stay afloat.
2. It's not me. I've been job hunting, sent resumes, had interviews, done everything that one does when looking for work. Have always been resilient, and no matter what happens, I'll bounce back.
3. Loss of independence. YES! This is what is causing the rage. The less said about it, the better for now. I'll keep working on it.
Thanks again to all who replied!
