Does woot.com let you cancel orders?

Although you can attempt to cancel your order, you most likely will receive no response to your request and will not be able to cancel your order. I am speaking from personal experience.

If you include your order number and the word "Cancel" in your title, you may have a better chance having it canceled. The one order I had to cancel I was able to do successfully during a wootoff with no problem

I just wanted to say that I had an incident where the send button was sent instead of closing the window and just like that, money was in transit. I wrote to Woot and the next business day, I had received an email stating that it was canceled and refunded. Needless to say, that is excellent customer service in my book. Thanks Woot! Look forward to spending much more hard earned dollars on the site!

Shop-less in Seattle

I goofed yesterday during a wootoff and thought I purchased a Dual core PC.
It wasnt and I sent them an email asking to cancel and they did!

I really appreciate woot and will continue to purchase from them.

I screwed up too on an order, and in less that 25 minutes my order was cancelled and refunded by Bob in customer service. No hassels, no nothing. My order was only a few minutes old when I noticed my error, so maybe that helped.

Well, I canceled yesterday after business hours, and then this morning, pow! Cancelled! Love Woot!

after stumbling on the posts on this page I was able to send my cancel email. I placed my order a couple of minutes ago and have no fear that everything will work out in the end. I love woot and just got my latest shirt in

I sent a simple email saying "Please cancel order # [number]" and within a half hour they cancelled it.

I'm a new member, saw the Maximo iM-490 and and googled them for additional information, not realizing the headphones I was looking at were the iM-490S. But before realizing my mistake, I was distracted with paypal issues :/ and ordered so whee. I emailed woot with the provided address so here's hoping.

I need to cancel my order - I am emailing today.

I requested a refund today, and it was refunded within 90 seconds, and no I am not kidding.

I had to cancel my order for a sony ebook reader. I use a redirection service, and was just informed by my shipper that they can't bring it in to my country. It's frustrating since they didn't find any issues with my previous order.

Only, I contacted woot through their form and not via direct email - here's to hoping the request will be in time, and that it will still be sent to the right email.

Ah well. I still love you woot!

I've never canceled an order from w00t... because I LOVE w00t!!!

If w00t had my babies, the could sell them, becuz I love w00t that much ;o)

I emailed support@woot.com, trying to cancel an order. Does it take long? I am a good Wooter, I dont know why they would say no :-(

Dang it! I found out that the 10 dollars I spent on the shirt, I needed for other personal reasons. Woot still hasn't responded! I hope it gets canceled soon. I really need the money.

I hope my order gets cancelled. I sent an email to service w/ my name and order number but the email was not sent from the email address in my account. I am sure they will figure it out...

lol, I had the same thing happen to me. I thought it was just me being an zombie so I emailed service@woot.com and didn't say anything else. Tye got it taken care of this morning though.

Of course my wife just happened to check the account last night and I had to try to explain it to her. That made me feel like an even bigger zombie! "I swear, I was just trying to buy crap! I don't know what happened!!"
