I sent an email to service@woot.com 3 days ago and still no reply. I don't even want to cancel. I just noticed that my delivery address is wrong. I want to get it corrected before the item ships! I ordered on the 29th, so that would mean that it should ship tomorrow or the next day.

I even set a follow up a few hours ago, but nothing from them.

Any help would be appreciated. I just don't want my product shipping to my old address!

I am new to woot. I was trying to buy the kids woot and ended up buying the TV. I had multiple windows open(I was looking at the different woot websites in different windows) and I screwed up. I apologize for that.

I really don't need a TV now. Though it looks like a great deal!

I cancelled an order on Monday that I placed on Saturday. I followed the instructions by putting the order number and the word cancel in the subject line. Within hours it was cancelled. I then regretted my decision and asked that they cancel the cancel. That was also taken care of quickly. Thanks for the exceptional and expedient service Woot!!!

I cancelled the order same day. Provided order number in the email and subject line said "Cancel Order". Next morning it was cancelled. Money was refunded and nothing more needed to be done on my part.

Exceptional service. Would definitely buy again from Woot without any hesitation.

I thought the iRobot Roomba mops the floor and wooted it. But I later realise it only vacuum and don't mop!?

I have asked the cancellation for the order number [removed] and received an answer of "You may refuse the delivery if you do not need the item. Once back to Woot and processed a refund will be issued." However, since this is not a direct way of dealing with this issue, most probably, I will have to receive it and return it back for a refund.

Could you please help me by canceling this order directly since it has not been shipped yet?
