lulz...the last outhouse i sat on had a 2 seater but no "seats" on either one...just a nasty old plywood board! and yes...i did get a splinter or two from that thing!

basal is plain old black like i normally drink. bolus is when i take the black and add 4 heaping tablespoons of sf int'l mocha something or other coffee to it. it's a bolus shot and better than expresso!
