That happened with my screaming monkey shirts. I contacted w00t customer service and they reshipped them to me. I got them the second time around. Make sure if you contact customer service that you remind them how many you ordered, otherwise you might not get the same amount on the first try.

So, it's gonna' take 10 days to go from Carrolton, Tx to Vicksburg, Michigan. I could drive there and back twice in that amount of time.
Smartpost blows.

From the product description blog:
"The crap will be shipped via SmartPost, the crappiest shipping method available to us."
At least there is truth in the marketing. I am not a big fan of the SmartPost, but it is better than EGL.

yeah, i know. but smartpost already lost my screaming monkey shirts, which w00t was kind enough to replace. what happens when smartpost loses my craps? <rhetorical question...>

My understanding is that FedEx picks up all orders for the woot depot station. They in turn farm it out to the lowest bidder for delivery (normally UPS) when SmartPost is selected as the delivery option. If an item is over a certain weight limit (75 lbs I think), they have to use an alternate carrier like EGL.
Don't hold me to any of that; I am only repeating what others have told me.
