I got my refurbished black zune with all the stuff a new one would come with, USB Cable, Software CD, Manual, headphones, Soft case.

I just got my two black ones from the VIP sale. They are awesome. As a school teacher I've dinked around with a lot of different mp3 players, mostly one's I confiscate. From my exposure to the gamut on the market, the zune stands among the best. Granted they don't have the popular backing and brand recognition that the ipod has established, but for old farts that want a really good, functioning portable media device for very cheap, this is a great deal. As far as brown goes...I was hoping for a brown one originally because it match the wood interior of my lincoln, but I jumped on the black vip deal, not knowing brown was on it's way. For those who don't like brown, buy a different color case like you probably will anyways and you'll never have to see the brown.

I picked up the official av pack at best buy today on clearance for 20 bucks. I'm glad I looked to see what they had. It retails for 80

These guys talk about a FREE software which converts from any format to any format. I converted one 4.3GB movie and the quality is pretty good plus it took about 20 minutes to convert the same.

I saw it the other day and the color changing brown to green looks really different. And who wants black anyway then you look like every other person who has an Ipod.

If that worked for you great. the zune forums knew nothing of free software. I was glad to pay only 7. I'll check out the link and save that program too.

A few days ago, I believe the product description indicated these Zunes were upgradeable to Zune 2.0. But I don't see that on today's description. Did they just forget to include it here? And if so (or even if not), what does said upgrade get me? Any chance I would be able to surf the web using the WIFI or is that just for synching?
