Ah, yes, it is. It's double-y frustrating because the resale value of old editions drops tremendously when new editions are released.

But Half.com works well, because it at least cuts out the used-book middleman (like eFollett).

Ah. I think the webcam locks up after a bunch of hours of non-use of my desktop (the pics are a day old). Gotta check the power settings tomorrow. There are 5 fishies in there. I taught an animal behavior course last spring (of 2007) and I got a bunch of goldfish. Most were adopted at the end. The last few I coudn't "off" so they've been living a good life in my office ever since.

hehe, the girls gave Orc Lego Star Wars II for Christmas and we finished Zelda last weekend (windwaker) so we decided to play it. Some of the jumping is ridiculously difficult, but other than that it's fun.

Dude, I think you're totally going go get printed. Each time I check, which has been a lot this weekend, you're in the "new hotness" with lots of recent votes. I think you'll be printed for sure. But what do I know?

I'm bummed that v8r's has dropped out, and happy that "Edgar" is in thr fog.
It will be a long week, for sure. Maybe you can give your students "extra credit" if they can prove they voted for your entry!

I tried that. I haven't met any students that Woot (which is strange). I should be printed, but where? I am #1, but shan and that silly red candle are charging up. I don't know if I can hold them off, but I should stick in the fog the rest of the way... I *hope*!
