They shipped my laptop almost as soon as Wootoff ended, but razor 1600 dpi mouse didn't. I find that pretty funny.

Mine came mint sealed in a retail box, I can't even tell it's refurbished. Not bad for my second woot, my first being Late Halloween Night woot shirt. I can't wait till the next woot off!!!!

Yes, I got a Mustek 5.0mega pixel camera instead of the mouse. I'm not sure to be angry or happy with woot.. yet again :D

Ok, the mouse arrived, it looks nice.

I thought it was laser, however it's optical. On the other hand it does not seem to be refurbished. (It came with sealed original packaging, even if refurbished it's a very good job).

Anyways, was a good deal, once again woot pleased me!

Ordered two separately, the green and the blue. The green arrived in a nice cello wrapped box. The blue was loose in its woot box, no driver disk or documentation, and is a bit scratched up. Hmmm. Not exactly comparable. Glad the green was the one I was going to gift to my son.

Service is backed up at the moment for a variety of reasons (Woot-off, holiday, etc) and will get back to you as soon as they can. Please be patient with them; they aren't ignoring you.

yea i got word today sounds like they over sold the mice and just dont want to fill the orders. im really not happy with woot over this. i didn't want the $ back i wanted the mice

i made the mistake of asking if they were going to ship it so they blew me off and want to refund my $.

what ever you do don't email them asking the status of a order.

I have e-mailed them about a week ago and still no answers... and they didn't cancel the order. I don't know if I should order the mouse from different shop or what...


P.S. Mine got cancelled too. Quite rude, if they did it 2 weeks ago I would be fine with that.

I hate to say this, but I know why Woot! took so long before refunding your money instead of shipping your order......... no one else has them in stock, for shipment before 2008 anyway.

*EDIT* buy.com has them in stock, but for 36.33 (new)

IMO, which may or may not be shared by Woot!, they could bite the bullet & had purchased the mice from other sources to fulfill thier orders............if there were not too many orders needing to be filled. But since they refunded those orders they probably realised that it would be easier for those who did not get thier mice to get them from other sources.

I do not agree that they took this long to refund these orders, but, it IS the Holiday season, which is the most hectic time for online retailers to deal with.

this is going to tick off a few people the way woot is handling it.

they should at least let us have the option to keep waiting for the mice.
they should not have sold something they can not produce and should not have waited almost 3 weeks before canceling the orders.

ill feel better if woot sends me a free Bathysphere of Curmudgeons and the mice I order and have already paid for on the 16th.
