i don't want to bomb them with the same question repeatedly.

i'm getting kind of impatient with this one woot. a couple of these were supposed to go to kids at a christmas party i volunteered for at a woman's shelter on the 12th. if these dont say shipped soon i'm gonna start pulling out hair. i dont want to go out and find another cheap gift.

my lips are suppose to be here today, i wonder what's the hold up with these.

do any of you know if these were supposed to be shipped smartpost? i cant remember, i didnt think so but...

I just sent an e-mail to woot to request a status as it appears I am not alone in my quest to receive a tracking number for this woot.

I've been giving them till Monday to get this out because of the holidays, but now after reading they've shipped things out that were sold after this, I'm a lil curious about what the heck is going on. Luckily I only got this to go around the tree, so it doesn't need to be in a big hurry to get here.

I have no idea why they tell us to come to this blog if we have any problems with the shipping of the product, it's not like they respond to our questions here anyways.

I wanted to give this to my brother today for his b-day today, I thought over a week would be enough for an item to travel from Dallas to Austin, especially since I have to pay tax being a resident, this stinks.

In my opinion, credit cards shouldn't be charged until after item has shipped, if anyone finds any new info out please let us know.

I think technically it hasn't been 5 business days - the time for shipment they listed.

Nov. 17th - Saturday
Nov. 18th - Sunday
Nov. 19th, 20th, 21st - Business Days
Nov. 22nd, 23rd - Thanksgiving Holiday
Nov. 24th - Saturday

So that probably only counts as 3 business days and what with the wootoff just ending days before they are probably swamped.

well i got some of my stuff from the woot-off but the bag o poop hasnt shipped either. i also got a shipment number for the mini-copters that were on sale the day after the train. the did have like 25,000 of these though, if i remember

ah well, woulda been cool to have them today, but woot hasn't really disappointed me in the past, so i guess its alright

maybe the bag of poo i bought will contain multitudes of treasures, and i will forget all about this silly train set (which i bought 3 of)

Has anyone received the set yet! According to the ship info it hasn't even left the station yet......

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who's frustrated by the lack of update. I can understand the holiday delaying things, but a heads up would've been nice. This was my first one ever, not a good first impression!

i also have heard nothing about these...

i've received what i bought from the woot-off, although the tracking emails showed up in my inboxafter the packages arrived on my porch. i've also gotten the tracking email for the copters...

same...got tracking number, but can't track.....which i have had happen before, and wasn't able to track it till 2 days before it arrived.

Got my tracking info - did this Woot! say it was shipped Smartpost? I don't remember it saying Smartpost . . . that means another ten day wait or more for me. <scratches head> I thought Woot! was only shipping Smartpost those items implicitly stating Smartpost shipping . . maybe I missed it . . </scratch>

no, you didn't miss it. it didn't/doesn't mention smartpost in the description.
that's somewhat irritating.

My checking account shows that they took my money last week but still no product. I've had past orders come to my door even when Woot was stating that it hadn't shipped yet. Hmmm//

No tracking # here yet...no emails either. I checked my spam folder and nothing in there either. Wonder what's going on???

No, it didn't mention smartpost in the description, I specifically checked. Now I'll be lucky to get these by Christmas. That really is annoying. What next, the scoobas I ordered being shipped by turtle carrier?

Even Woot works on Sunday from time to time.
Come on people, they sold 25,000 of these things, not to mention the helicopters, and the woot off.
As I have said before, be patient, woot is cheap, but not the fastest way to get things.

What gives with the SmartPost? This is my second Woot in recent weeks where the item was shipped SmartPost, but the description didn't say anything about SmartPost.

How about a Shipping refund Woot?

I finally got my tracking order also. When I wooted it did not say Smart Post. I guess when something is small, Woot tries to save money by sending it Smart Post rather than Fed-ex. If that's the case, they need to let us know. Last time something was sent to me Samrt post, I received it in about a week. So hopefully I will receive it before Christmas.

Been wooting for almost two years. This is my first glitch, so I guess I can't complain. Wrong, Bad Woot!

i understand all that but when people have said they already RECIEVED things they bought after the trains, i kind of makes me wonder. besides that it wasnt supposed to be shipped by dumbpost but now it is...i'm gonna be pissed if i dont get these by the time i need them.

i got a tracking number too but cant track my shipment. Tried tracking with refeacne number too but nothing, whats going on woot? and theyre shipping smart post so maybe by next year we'll see these

There's a chance these are coming directly from the supplier - which leaves Woot with less controller over the actual physical shipping of the product. I know this has been true in the past but I'm not sure if things changed when they moved to swankier offices.
