feasting Christmas music makes me feel even more homocidal than usual.
Still single, can't imagine why.

Anything described as "Cee Lo parties with Santa and the Muppets." is worth clicking, because Muppets.
I'm just hanging out, really.

A 1962 holiday classic from my youth and no longer in broadcast rotation.
While the forgetable opening/closing bit was to ease us kids into the transition of main character into becoming someone else, the adaptation is a great children's introduction to the classic work.
Or maybe I was just having a sugar rush from Christmas cookies.
The songs by Jule Styne & Bob Merrill will worm thier way into your memory...razzleberry dressing and all.

pooflady wrote:Glad you said that, I don't either. I think it has something to do with a series of books.
Edit: That you and I obviously don't read.
Unless it's Dr. Who series-related; which means I still don't get it.

edit:
A hand for each hand was planned for the world
Why don't my fingers reach?
Millions of grains of sand in the world
Why such a lonely beach?
Where are the heels to click to my clack?
Where is the voice to answer mine back?
I'm all alone in the world.
Indeed - in 1962 Mr. Magoo's Chirstmas Carol was the first prime-time animated TV special EVER. Not just the first animated holiday special...the very first animated special to be broadcast during prime time. And this was back in the day when there were a total of three (count 'em - 3) major channels on TV.
This was before Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, the Grinch, and 3 years before Charlie Brown
And yet somehow, with 6 gazillion cable channels, Mr. Magoo's Christas Carol is not shown during the holidays.
"I'm all alone in the world."
