Missed this section. I work for Rowan University, and we're called the Profs (short for the professors- the school used to be an education/teachers college). Our mascot is an owl though: Whoo RU.

Yeah - I have reached an age where exercise is important. Though I congratulate you on staying the same weight. I did not, a whole bunch creeped in while I wasn't looking. Fortunately, through a lot of hard work and - yes - exercise - I have unloaded most of it. Though, he won't talk about it - uncorked has done an amazing job too. He has always been great about getting in the exercise though. It really is a challenge for me to get it in every day.

On that note, exercise at 5:30 a.m. - gotta hit the hay. I will try to check in again soon.

I know. Today's not going to be easy- exam in one class and lab in another that I have to finish writing up. So I'll take some cold meds, suck it up, and go in. Just can't take a sick day. Thankfully Friday I have off to stay home and rest.
