I can see you're new, and I'm guessing that you joined over the Netbook that was here on Woot on 12/20/09 (this is a guess on my part because of your join date).
The best thing you can do is to send email to email@example.com and they will respond back with the information that they have, or perhaps further suggestions.
This is the normal procedure, actually. Be sure that you don't lose the emails to your spam filters, and remember that this is the crazy season. You'll get an automated response pretty quick, but you may not get the actual answer until tomorrow.
In that email, please give them all the pertinent information, such as the order number, and the tracking number (if you have it).
It takes months to find a customer, but only seconds to lose one. The good news is that we should run out of them in no time.
