Iron Eyes is on TV, and there a piece of glass (held by the observer most likely) that's reflecting the computer screen, perhaps a laptop or tablet that's sitting in the observers lap. One might ask, "Why is the laptop facing away from the observer?" Perhaps the observer is working on a chop for a popular photochopping contest, and was using the laptop's built in camera to get a shot of the TV, all the while trying to hold up this big piece of glass at the same time.
