Best I can hope for is a bnous check of about $2K or so and IF they start actually pumping, maybe $100/mo for a couple years and then it will reduce as the gas production slows down.

But after they take all the gas out, won't your house fall into the ground?

What happens when you sell?

Darn mesmerizing looking out my window.

You can tell we don't get snow often.... I still like to watch it! I'd just prefer to be in my bed with the blankie turned on to about 6 and watching Dark Shadows.

Mmmmm. That does sound good. Thought I had to bring snack to daughters GS troop last week and was trying to convince daughter to get strawberry shortcake fixin's but she refused. Probably a good thing because the schedule was wrong and I didn't have to bring in a snack, so I would've eaten it all myself.

I HOPE NOT!

When I sell, I have the option of keeping the mineral rights or I can use it in negotiating the price. That only applies to the revenues though. I get the signing bonus check.

That white stuff needs to stay in your neighborhood.
I fell off a ladder, twisted my ankle and it hurts. This is the third time I have done this
in the past year. Now I know No 1 is going to say, Ms.Raining whatever are you doing with a martini in your hand. I never spilled any or broke the glass, just messed up my ankle.

They say 1-3 but I think we're closing in on 1" soon. They also say as much as 5. I'm not happy about son driving home from school in this. he has zero experience driving in snow. I asked his dad over and over to take him out to practice when he was learning but he never would.

It's so hared to find good lots to go play in the snow. Up here everything has these concrete barriers everywhere and plants and trees and light poles and stuff.

We are going to get enough to play in. Prolly none where I live, DAJ will get the most of it. I need to get off the weather and do something constructive. Like eat more cake or drink more.

I would recommend staying off the ladder. If you can't stay on, you better not get on.

Ok, ex got sent home from work (Dallas) and is home (close by) so he's going to pick me up at 4. Son will wait at school for us. Ex will drop me off at son's car and I'll either drive it home or to work. One way another one car may stay in the work parking lot overnight but that's better than in the school parking lot which is more hidden and subject to vandalism. I feel better. It's really coming down. Big ol' flakes now.
