I get these too (go see my post in cyberpub), but I also had a professor that got them, he would turn the lights off in his office (he had a window, but it was mostly blocked by bushes. He strongly stressed to us that it was okay to knock lightly if his door was cracked an the lights off, but he had to keep the florescent light off because of the migraines. It's a good idea. I hope you feel better. I am not sure which is worse, the migraine or the feeling after.
