you don't need a volume control because there is one on almost every mp3 player and if there isn't then how would you control it in you earbuds c'mon ppl think. I don't think you should use these as everyday speakers for you house but if you're just hanging out with some friends and want them to hear then sure they're great. personally i'm going to use them as a bed side speaker system to fall asleep to. great woot in my humble opinion. now to find some sucker to buy the other one. hmmm can you say dorm floor?

grrr... I really wanted two-fer of headsets but these don't seem TOO bad if they normally go for $15 a piece. 10 hrs of battery time isn't alot, but I suppose if one wanted a speaker system for an MP3 player, you wouldn't be using this all the time. I just hope it's really 10 hrs of battery life. My luck it'll be 3 or 4.
