At the time Ace was the woot mom. Tried to keep everyone in line. There were no probation's.
I showed up and stayed out of the smacking until Ace was going into the real world more and more.
Now, my husband is the second oldest of 8 kids, all less than 2 years apart.
He spent his life giving "cracks" to any younger sibling who did something annoying. Cracks were smacks upside the head. The same thing Ace was doing.
I started giving out cracks to hubbies family too. Mostly because even though they are all now professionals and doing well in the real world.....the guys are still fools!
I hit sons friends when they do something stupid too.
When Ace started backing off on the smacks, I moved in.
Mostly to Cruzer, the man who doesn't know how to mail a thank you card!
They were sort of rare. A few a week.
THEN daj showed up!
The smacks exploded!
Smacks flying everywhere!
To everyone!
Noone is safe!
I'm not even sure what she is smacking. I sort of picture them as across the face. Plus they are harder now.
