From what I have read, I like Josephus. If his writings were actual spoken words in a face-to-face environment, I am sure he would be believed as a credible individual worthy of consideration, a force to be reckoned with for sure.

Yeah, I realize that. Like I said, I think they look good, and I think just regular headstones probably would not have looked that good. But unfortunately, I just can't wear them.

It seems that nonsmokers can't understand why anyone would want to smoke, and smokers don't know how gross it is until they quit.

Are you saying it isn't littering? That some how smokers are exempt from the rules that the res of us have?

I STILL CAN'T FIND THE SHIRT! Can someone point me to it?

i think that's what i was saying? tshirts could influence just as much as TV/Film, medium matters less than message... but are tshirts with smoking that pervasive?

Mr Qubed,
If the medium doesn't matter, then that question doesn't matter, because it's a medium-specific question.

Ummm, Mr. Turd (if I may be so bold), hiding one's already hidden identity behind yet another hidden identity leads me to believe you may be the one in need of some "time out".

Have to add my 2 cents. I left my mom this morning. She's in an extended care hospital right now. COPD, emphysema. She's smoked for 70 years. We almost lost her a week ago. The nurses didn't expect her to make it through the night. My dad smoked, too. He died of lung cancer 20 years ago. My mom says lots of people die of lung cancer that have never smoked. Which is true. But it sure bumps up your percentages by a heck of a lot. If she makes it home, I know she's going to start smoking again and we'll have to go through the whole thing until one day her heart just stops because it's too tired to keep her lungs working. In May it will be five years since I quit. Two days ago, I left a store, was driving down the road and reached for my purse for a cigarette. It gets easier with time, but I don't think it ever goes away. I wouldn't dare ever have another cigarette. I'd never be able to go through that again.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lung_cancer#Causes

Smoking, particularly of cigarettes, is by far the main contributor to lung cancer. In the United States, smoking is estimated to account for 87% of lung cancer cases (90% in men and 85% in women)
