The cape is really cute. I ordered two pink and one blue and I got one pink and two blue. Can't decide whether to e-mail customer service or not. I like all three of them. I think we are bonding.

Our county has a very good police department . . . I have the highest respect for these folks. VA state troopers are very high speed as well.
