I did for cupcakes when Ver2 was soy intolerant, it worked well.

I think I'll be having tuna fish (which is not my favorite, but sounds good) and leftover cheesy broccoli soup - with ham and veggies and all kinds of good stuff in it.

Leftover chinese noodles with shitake mushrooms and tofu.

Oh good... mmm cherries. I think a lot of fruits would probably taste good mixed in. I think banana and chocolate are a particularly good combination... I like chocolate chips added to banana bread from time to time. Oh, and I added a little peanutbutter to one corner of the pan w/o bananas, but I think someone else ate it.

Poof - I've heard of the applesauce replacement too but haven't tried it myself.

Hey, I have that recipe. Haven't made them yet, though.

Edit: Also just discovered a good recipe for egg stuff made in muffin tins that you can freeze the extras for a quick breakfast if anyone wants it.

Chocolate, and Hot Cocoa, and more chocolate.

Eeep, I'm sorry! Ummm...I'll have to check and get back to you from the house, since I can't actually see the picture from work. But, going on recent meals, if it's green beans the meat is ground pork (and the recipe is on my blog and if it's the spaghetti, there's no meat, just veggies and sauce.
