Seems like 4 too many. Don't you live off a recharge sump? Can't you get some old orbs and practice hitting them in that direction?
Where did the thread of misspoke phrases go? I looked back to page 3.

Hello. Spent yesterday draining the damn pool half way. Acid & pressure washed the damn pool tile. Minimal improvement. I freaking give up. It'll do. Son cleaned the damn pool filter while I cleaned all the other damn parts. Bro came over today and he finally managed to get the damn cover off the damn light in the damn pool. Screw was corroded & wouldn't budge. Drilling it out didn't work. Finally managed to break the head off. All the parts are at the pool place now for them to get by Tuesday hopefully. All because the damn bulb was burned out. Damn pool.

How's everything, Daj?

hehe , besides the damn pool? Not bad. Nothing exciting going on. Son's dad is out of town for the next 3 weekends so I'll be seeing more than my fair share of son. That can be a good thing or make me want to smack him. We'll see.
Killed the thread again. This is why I don't post on the weekends. Sigh.

Josephus, just replaced my soy and teriyaki sauce (and learned how to spell it). Interesting - the soy sauce says "refrigerate after opening for best taste." The teriyaki sauce says, "refrigerate after opening."
I just moved into the 21st-century and ordered a DVR upgrade for my Time-Warner Cable.

Speaking of which, after the windstorm last week, we had DirecTV as soon as the electric came back on. Neighbors on both sides with Time-Warner had to wait another three days.
Hey everybody! Hope everybody has had a relaxing Sunday.

Most of our area has buried utilities so we generally aren't out for long. *knocks on wood* As soon as they get the main lines & transformers up, we're usually good.

Hiya Joiner. Not totally relaxing but ok nonetheless. You?

I wish we did. The lines and poles are ugly.

I took a nap after church and lunch. Just what Sunday afternoons are for!
Was seriously considering the printer on sellout.woot today, but although mine's jamming more than it used to, I don't think it's on its last legs yet.
Hi folks. If you're eating dinner at a nice restaurant, and someone uses their phones to "push-to-talk", causing lots of loud chirp-chirp sounds, do you have a right to go punch their lights out? You should be able to...

Seems like a reasonale response to that situation. So.... did you restrain yourself or are you just now getting out of jail?
Ouch. Two clean rats. Two scratched hands and wrists.

I prefer HP printers. I've never had a problem with HPs.

Did they get their message across?
Depending on my mood, I'm not past going over to ask them to quieten their phone.
Woohoo! This week has the premiers of Boston Legal, Dancing with the Stars, and Grey's Anatomy. PLUS Lego Batman is released!!!! Color me happy.
Watching Jimmy Kimmel's pre-Emmy show. Pretty funny.

It is sort of funny to hear them cry. Now that they know the noise of the sink running, waiting to get the right temp, they might cry earlier. However, they did get a large piece of banana afterwards

Yeah, Maisy's ears go down when she hears the water running in the laundry room. She rolls over on her back when I come to pick her up. I have to shut my bedroom door or she'll try to hide under the bed or in the closet.

Oooooh! I didn't know about Grey's Anatomy premiering tonight - thank you!!! Edit. I just remembered that GA is no longer on Sunday nights. Dammit. It really is a sucky TV night tonight.
