It's stuck a city away...last item I ordered got stuck in Dallas, woot refunded my money....

PAAAaaaAAaaaanCAAAAAKES!?!?!? I ordered three and I got three..... Three %@$@%@#$%@#:%?KJ@#:l% 4GB thumb drives!!! I thought these were two packs? $50 bucks for three 4GB is a bunch of carp! I didn't order a bag 'o carp! I ordered three 2-packs.. This is HORSE&%#T!

If I ordered 3 "boxes" that each held 2 drives (it is supposed to be a 2 pack for each box), and it was a "Two for Tuesday"(I received 6 drives already), shouldn't I get another 6 drives which will actually make it a Two for Tuesday??

No more smartpost woots, ever! I think the usb standard will have changed by the time mine arrive. Woot has jumped the shark.

My friend, this is by FAR not the first time woot has used smartpost, and it
has been a nightmare delivery fiasco for all its customers since the very first
time they used it. They use smartpost to send out all their small sized items.
And each and every time, there are thousands of people who post about not
getting their items because of it. Time and time again. They jumped the shark
years ago with this. Its just that you are seeing it because its effecting
you personally now, and now you know what people have been saying for YEARS.

This is not the first time, nor will it be the last that smartpost has cost woot more
money than it saved. Each time a package is lost, or stolen, or stuck in a sorting
station forever, woot has to either issue a refund, or re-send the items back out
to the customer.

How is this saving money on cheap shipping? Woot pays for the products twice
when they do this, plus they have to pay twice for shipping it out. And what
happens when you piss off your customers over and over and over again? They
will no longer order from Woot when smartpost is the shipping method. So, Woot
looses money again.

How is this good business practice?

you ordered 3 sets of two. that's six.

not three pairs of sets of two.

Hooray, I finally got mine today, but oops, the envelope was completely empty....Guess mine were stolen. At least the thief was kind enough to forward the envelope to me. UGH!!!!

it was 2 fer tuesday, you orderd 3 so 2x3=6. the way you thought would have been 4x3=12. so no its 6 you got. if it was a blister pack and not single it would have been the 4x3.

15 days and still not at my house. i rember i would get my package in a totoal of one week. 15 days? wow glad its not december yet. looks like i wont do xmas from woot in dec. late nov. i think woot needs to drop slowpost til after the season is over. norm i dont care when the items get to me but its b day and all the holiday stuff going to start soon and it will come fast this year. with slowpost falling behind.

I check the tracking and it saids its delivered but still nothing. Funny thing is I ordered the Delonghi heater a week later and I already received the heater today. Weird!!!

Geeeze... ordered these and they appear to be stuck in limbo somewhere.

Smart post my butt.... Woot needs to start shipping using DHL or someone else more reliable!

mine were going to be delivered about 20 minutes away from new berlin WI. yet they are all the way back in TX. does not make a whole lot of sense.

i finally got mine today, so there is still some hope people

On SmartPost it says that the package was accepted today but it isn't in my mail....what does that mean!? I'm afraid my package was lost and/or stolen.....

If I understand the way this works, when FartPost says its been delv, that means it has been delv to the USPS. From there you gotta wait for the Snail mail. The good news is it's been delv to the USPS somewhere in your vicinity.

In the real world this ommpolumpa BS would drive a business out of business. But this is woot. Here, you order your stuff and then sit around, pissin and moanin about how long its taking. If you really need it today, go buy it downtown. If you need it sometime this month, then you sit here with the rest of us, pissin and moanin about how long its taking.

My Piddly little order has done passed by my house 2 times and do I complain? Hell yes! Does it do any good? Hell no.

According to my tracking number, the local post office received my package on the 11th, and it should have been delivered on the 13th. Tracking information was updated on the 14th to delivered that day, but no package. I even checked out side in the bushes in hopes I would find a gift. :|

i called two post office and they say they say they have no package for me at all,im sposed to get it on the 13!!!!(usps people are bunch of grumpy people),anyways i see some of you have the same problem,did anyone get theirs yet????,should i contact woot,if so whats the exact email????

Mine has seemingly been stuck in Chicago since the 8th and when I checked the USPS data they said that it has been delivered to somewhere in Forest Park, considering that I live in Wisconsin this is a little alarming. I've had to wait forever for smartpost several times over but at least it always came.

Yours has probably been lost or stolen.

If it has not moved in a week now, its not looking good for your package.

Start the e-mail process with woot, and ask for either a refund or have them re-send
out more thumb drives to replace these.

You will get the "Wait 5 more business days" reply, but keep at it. Some people
never get a response from woot, and have to apply for a refund thru their credit
card company.

That process will take up to 3 months to finalize a dispute, so be prepared to have
a very lengthy wait to get your money back.

Good luck to you. Your just another person ripped by smartpost. And the number
just keeps growing and growing and growing.

Finally had mine delivered. It's not too comforting that the Phoenix center didn't update for the first departure (almost as if they knew what they did) and for the second arrival. It also seems that they were responsible for the backtracking.

Finally received a package in southwest-suburban Chicago today. Almost a full week after my next-door neighbor received his.

However, I ordered 2 sets of 2 and only received 1 set of 2. The package didn't appear to have been tampered with, though.

...Emailed the wootgodz....awaiting a response....

EDIT: Prompt reply from Woot. Their email said that they will replace the missing items ASAP. Can't do much better than that. I really hope that they don't send it out via SmartPost again, though.....that service is a total joke.

the way i understood it, it was a set of 2 for 1 order so i ordered 1 set so on a two for tuesday i should get 4 not 2 therefore he should have gotten 12 not 6..if this is not the case they need to reword it because it is misleading.

This BS!!! three days later, and still no response, no "frak you", no "go to hell", no "sure, sorry about that, we'll fix it", nothing.. I'll resend the email and hope they contact me eventually.

They have it pretty clear.. They offer TWO of the same item for a deply discounted price.. If you buy ONE, you are getting two of the same thing. Two
DataTraveller DT100's for the price of one. it's a two pack that you are ordering. It's not "double whatever we are offering you two of already". four for one, free for all, dumbasses!!

Where do you live? In what state? If you live in florida, then your package
has been traveling around the state for over a week now.

Smartpost is great isn't it.

You still do not show an "Expected delivery" date in your tracking information,
so it could take another day, a week, or a month. Or you may never get it at all.

Get in touch with woot customer service and see if they can help you.
