I had this problem too. Just click the ones you want and wait for the colors to fill in. Took me about two minutes for it to load. Be patient. =D

I was going nuts waiting. I hadn't noticed the lack of bar and sirens, and as each second ticked by, I just knew I was going to get in the server jam.
