I still have a blank shipping page in 2 different browsers. Not sure what the page should look like really. It does say at the top that my order went through but then the bottom half of the page is green and no text. Bad cart coding I guess, looks like the page footer is too big.

Woot! Mine is supposed to arrive today Dec 2nd, guess they were just slow in posting the updates to the site.
Watching the driveway for this and an amazon shipment both due today! : )

just got a ship notification, about an hour after i sent in my email. apparently the info was sent to fedex on the 26th...

Mine's arrived at the Fedex facility in Hutchins, TX; was picked up from Irving today (go Cowboys!) and says it will arrive Friday. Joy.

Mine just got here and I hooked it up on a XP laptop to test out quickly. I was surprised the pen came assembled with a battery in the barrel already. It works as expected, I'm pleased. I don't know how much use I'll actually get out of it, but its definitely worth the $35 and it matches my Mac.

I got mine today, and love it. Only problem is, on the bottom middle of the screen, a horizontal line across the tablet doesn't work right. You can't draw in that area, the cursor automatically skips up and down.

Does woot have a way to exchange defective products? I don't want to return it for my money back, because I really want it. But it doesn't work quite right...

Email service@woot.com and ask for a return and exchange. I had a hard drive that was defective and I'm pretty sure Woot sent me a new one with a UPS return label in the box.

My brother loves his tablet! I knew he would...he just got a new desktop and monitor and such, so he set up his new tablet with his new computer and he's sooo happy. YAY WOOT! :D

The FAQ contains most of the details. We generally recommend contacting the manufacturer first. If they cannot or will not help you (or the warranty instructs otherwise), rma@woot.com is the way to go. Make sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the problem. It may be necessary to adjust any spam filtering you have in place to ensure a response from that address.

I have used mine for a week now and really like it.
Great buy!

If you install the pensuite software that comes with it instead of just the driver you get more control over the areas on the drawing mat.

Penmail is pretty neat too!

This is definitely a plus when working with graphics on a computer. I have to say that the price was very right and this offers a much better method to work with Photoshop or other image editing programs. Definitely MICH better than trying to edit with a mouse.
