Almost had a 'White Christmas' here - a little bit of sleet and chance of snow this morning - but it's all gone now and the sun's shining. Still, it's only 27 degrees..

I brought in a ton of cookies for the drivers and dispatchers... I think I've eaten my fair share of them though. My mom brought over divinity cookies, chocolate covered cherry cookies, fudge, rocky road, holly dollies, and a weird version of divinity cookies with chocolate..

I'm in sweets heaven... but I bet by tonight I"ll be in tummy hell.

Butter never sticks around long enough, so I'm not sure if it goes rancid or not.

Back from church, thought we would go out for a bite to eat but my crowd was not hungry. So we came home. Now they are looking for something to eat! I had started to cook the turkey this afternoon because I thought it was all thawed out. I opened it up and it was still full of ice so I'm waiting to cook it tomorrow. So tonight is cold cuts, pb no jelly or soup. And chocolate chip cookies! Or chocolate ganache cake. Guess who picked the deserts? Catch you guys later.
