Good point. I've had pharmacists catch a lot of reaction (or unwanted effects) and tell me about them even though the doctors never thought of it. That is pretty scary.

I don't know if she could, but she's not. She asked the second day why she was getting it and it got straightened out.

wow, just had one of those facebook moments. One of my old high school friends was joining some math related stuff and I went to check it out. We were in AD together and she always had the worst time with the math sections, now she is a math teacher. . . I guess I shoulda read her profile before now. . . interesting. I remember her picking a letter on the scantrons and winning competitions that way. One time she was the first person done with the math test, never even looked at any of the questions and got third.

This is why they need to computerize medical information. If she had a smart card that included all her info, the chance of it being wrong on the card would be massively lower than if someone were writing stuff down in the ER.
