see the post about my friends dog? a borzoi.....apparently broke his neck...they found him on the hill in their fenced dog yard. she says it looks as tho he were running down the hill and either stumbled or was bumped by one of the other dogs and fell. unbelievable.

Saw it; that's pretty rough to read, much less experience up close. I didn't think those gentle giants were that vulnerable.

I never woulda thought it was posible..but I have heard of dogs breaking their necks running into trees so I guess anything is possible

Young golden is now 7 mos old and bigger than the border. Younger one challenges old master daily for leader of the pack. Older keeps herding the younger to keep in line.

yer right - every butcher has their own haggis recipe...the first one I had we got at a lil shop in Ft Augustus and the friend I was staying with prepared it....with neeps, of course :) It was quite good.

back in a bit..the furkids think they need their supper :)

A nip of single malt as well-prefer Highland and Speyside, Islay is a bit much for me.
