Yeah, I noticed vet offices have a certain smell...is it like a calming agent that they sprinkle in the air...the smell is not like an antiseptic, but it is medical...hard to describe...

lol - doggy and kitty pheromones :)

a lot of vets use a disinfectant called Roccal - has a very unique smell...a nice smell....it is proven effective against all of the 'bugs' we have to disinfect for

I loved seattle - there's a resteraunt right off the bay by the monorail - I forget the name, but it's got a long dock - it's a rustic interior, and they have fantastics oysters on the half shell.

It's the only city I saw that had braille for cars. Little bumps on the road to warn the driver they were straying out of the correct lane.

Braille for cars? That's a tad scary...I'll have to make sure to take insurance for the rental car.

We have those strips in Massachusetts...to make sure truck drivers and other tired drivers don't fall asleep at the wheel.

Like in all the lanes? or just the center line?

on some rural roads in PA I have seen the bumps on the center line - esp in fog-prone areas. And along most of the major highways - ie interstates, thruway - they have lines on the sides - kinda like continuous rumble strips. Guess it gets yer attention if you have zoned out or fallen asleep at the wheel.

We have those too - In Seattle there are raised circular bumps in the road depicting lanes - not the verge.

It will be interesting. What will be difficult is:

1.) Adjusting to the time difference
2.) Flying. I haven't flown since 9/11
3.) Not wooting for several days

It was snowing when I landed in Seattle - At about ten PM.

The plane only spun 6 times in complete circles before flipping over and exploding.

It was a great ride!

Just keep your tray table up, and your seat back in the full upright position and you'll do fine.
