I enjoyed it . . . some very clever entries. I've noticed in past contests it isn't always the effort put into entry that puts it in the running. Like I said above, the whims and whimsy of capricious judges will never make an entry a sure bet!

Pretty much just coasting to 4 o'clock now . . . it's been a good Monday (as good as any Monday at work can get) - quiet but productive.

Is it me, or do I think we are more clever than them?

Truly, though, this was really a good contest. I'd like to do the same contest again; I don't usually think that. I thought several of the winners weren't on topic, and there were quite a few really funny ones that got no mention. The one by Ashemon about cutting the grass to make the mailbox look longer was really funny. and the sh*t-faced moose by Proteus Crow was terrific. I thought lip's mutated fly was funny too. it was very 'killingtime' in execution. (hmm...could lip be a secret identity?)
