I'm a dummy. Yesterday I washed a comforter. To make sure I got all of the soap out, I re-arranged it in the washing machine and ran it through the Quick-rinse cycle.

Today I did two loads of laundry before I realized I never took the washer off of Quick-rinse. Now I must re-wash those clothes. Ugh.

I haven't done that (my washer's 38 years old, doesn't have a quick rinse), but I have put it on a small load and forgot to change it back to large. Same thing, rewash.
