So what about your trip?
Took forever to get there.
Went to sleep.
Got up and had brunch with daughter and boyfriend.
Hung out with daughter for a few hours after boyfriend went to work.
Went to the concert and listened to show tunes for 2 hours. Which beats classical music, which was the winter concert.
She had a solo of a song that was only in the revival of a show, Not sure which show. It was very good!
Drove daughter home
Went back to hotel
The hotel is brand new. Open less than 2 weeks. Wi fi wasn't working, which led to the attached to the wall thing!
Last night it worked fine and was really fast.
Woke up and had brunch with daughter and boyfriend.
Drive home was the normal amount of time.
Got the dog just about the time her second show was ending.
Hubby had to be a work tomorrow, although he told them he wouldn't be when we thought we were going to graduation.
Not extra thrilled with the house they are renting.
They don't want to buy furniture, so they wanted something furnished, which limited them.
His whole family lives in the area, but he doesn't have money for furniture. She most likely will move away from there and doesn't want the p i a of moving furniture.
The landlord owns a few rentals and they are run down and the furniture is junk.
Other problem is she works 4 or 5am to 2 or 3pm.
He works 3pm to closing at a restaurant. Plus now he works her days off.
When they moved there, he was unemployed and life was wonderful.
Really nice guy, but at his age (6 years older than her) he should be established. If his new career works out, he will always work weekends and nights.
Not a lazy guy at all. Just picked careers that are tough. Art major in college. Now is trying being a chef.
Plus hubby (remember him? The guy who didn't want a dog, no way, no how) kept saying "think the dog is missing us? "
The dog has been elevated to child status. It didn't take long!
WE LURV YOU TOO! Dork!!!
No greater love is lost than that not shared.
