It if doesn't arrive in time,..no big deal. send an email with the care instructions.. I used the rose in a pot graphic and sent them in a card.
My guess is woot will deliver on time.

Me either. I am beginning to worry (and formulate back up plan).

I don't know about you guys, but I looked into the local florist where my Mom lives. They wanted $15 to deliver it a couple miles and there was nothing priced under $25 that looked nice. With Woot, it's coming the whole way across the country for 5 bucks.

I believe this will still work.

Go to the FedEx tracking site using the Reference Number (Here).

1) Enter your order number in the Reference section.

2) Enter today's date (it'll search 15 days either side) in the Ship Date section.

3) Set Destination Country (United States).

4) Set the Zip Code your order is going to.

5) Click on the TRACK button.


It should show you any tracking info.

If nothing shows, it may not have shipped yet.

FYI - Fed Ex Home delivers on Saturday! Just got a package last Saturday from Amazon!

I've never been let down by Woot! I've gotten some guppy, but that's what I wanted!

I love the thought, but what would be one's reference number. I tried the order number but that couldn't find anything. I'm assuming that the reference number is the shipping number which I haven't seen yet.

Thankas, mine may be getting delivered tomorrow to my office, when I'll be 227 miles away in Cleveland. But at least it will there for me to pick up Saturday morning when my parents come over. Then that will ruin the surprise for my wife... oh well.

I had Woot, and Mother's Day as alternates to the order number, but must have deleted them at the bottom of my post.

Depends on how many Woot packages you have on the way to that zip. And how they Referenced it on the label.

Yeah... I don't have my shipping info yet and I can't find it on the fedex search. I'm starting to get worried here...

So I guess my mom isn't getting her's until Monday--I had it shipped to her work address since I (stupidly?) assumed that FedEx is not in the habit of delivering on Saturdays and no on would be home during business hours Friday to receive it. I didn't want to make her drive all around the city to the FedEx facility to pick up her present either. Oh well--I wish woot had been a bit clearer on their intent to ship at the last possible moment. I live super far away (~1000miles) so it's not like i can just pick something up at the store to hold her off until the real thing comes either.
How disappointing--unless it goes same day (doubtful).

Woot promised it in time for Mother's Day.

Yes, some people didn't read the whole description to realize that shipment might not occur until today and delivery would then be on Friday.

But that does not make us a "bunch of whiners". When a retailer promises something, you expect them to hold to that agreement. It's not whining to expect that of them.

Also, I still haven't received any shipping notification, and didn't receive any purchase confirmation (via email) until I wrote to service about it. I had 5 orders without any confirmation.

So I'm thinking that (especially with the last two night changeover fiascos) there are problems with their email system, and that I might not get a shipping notification before receiving the order.

But I'm still worrying about getting it before Mother's Day.

I checked the Fedex tracking as previously stated. Found what I was looking for. What I am wondering is why my package is coming from Gainesville Georgia. I thought these rose bushes were coming from California.

So.... when is the status of our orders going to change to shipped, and give a tracking number?

fedex isnt reporting anything to my moms zip code.

f'ing woot.

Likewise, FedEx isn't reporting anything for me either, and this is only my 2nd purchase from woot. Hrmmpf.

I see what can be assumed to be my package left Gainesville GA yesterday and is at a sorting facility close to my MIL's house today. I am unable to track my Mom's flowers, I'm assuming because she is in a larger zip code and Fed Ex is having a hard time finding which one it is. If you get a message saying that no unique package is found, it's probably be same situation.

Let's see who will be the first to get a call from their Mom/wife/MIL/Grandma saying they received it.

Now my only issue is, will it say that I ordered it from Woot because that may get a chuckle out of my mom and MIL.

If I don't receive this before Mother's day it will be the equivalent to a paper weight. It's absolutely useless to me after Sunday as I will have to go out and purchase another gift the day of.

I didn't find any info on FedEx and was worried but I just received it! I can't report on the contents yet beause I haven't opened it since it's intended for my wife from my boys and she's not home now and they want her to open it.

Mine just showed up 20 minutes ago.

Woot! just got mine at the office. Next up...pink paint on my three year old's hand; press around the pot, voila! Happy Mother's Day! Dad scores points!

A few leaves and one bud were damaged but given there are 4-5 buds in various stages of opening and the packaging was really fairly decent, I'm a happy man.

just got my tracking info in the email. Mine is on the truck. This is good because nothing came up in the fedex search for me.

I guess you missed Big D's post above which said they all shipped yesterday and will be delivered today (Friday).

Mine isn't here yet, but that's because my Fedex guy loves to come at like 6PM or later because my house is on the way back to his depot.
