Gnite. Didn't get much sleep last night between Maisy & the storms. Possibility of more storms tonight. I better get some sleep while I can.

He will probably be more ready next year.

My brother just got accepted into the Art program at UC Santa Cruz in CA. he is happy.

Hi everybody. Bad storms here. I thought it was about over, but evidently not. Still a lot of thunder and lightning.

Here's the problem. I don't want to graduate. I don't want to grow up. I don't want to be an adult. But I am forced to make plans. Next year I'm going to XXXX to get some basic courses out of the way, and because it has been stated I am too immature to be released on a regular University. Please wish me luck.

Mom asked me where I wanted to go after the graduation ceremony. I suggested Chuck-E-Cheese. After an earful of why this was the reason I'm to immature too go off on my own. SHE compromised on XXXXX. I didn't have any complaints.

bwahahaha

on a more serious note, does he have any idea what he might like to go to school for? I'm a believer that people shouldn't be forced to go to school if they've got no clue what they want to do, and don't think college will help them figure it out. of course, in that case they should work or join some volunteer outfit or something. that's not a bad idea even if they know what they want to do. but, if he doesn't want to leave school, college seems like a great place to keep it going...

I've been hit with things left & right this a.m.

Person had a large PPT that wouldn't run right on her new MacBook. We tried a bunch of stuff. I suggested she try it on a PC. It worked fine. Windows rules!

Wow, just checked the rain gauge. We had almost three inches of rain last night. And clouding up again. Hope it holds off, have to take m-i-l to the cardiologist across town this afternoon.
