I, like so many others, found out today that my Big Old Car was delayed until the 11th. And something tells me that umthx was simply pulling our woot. Or, he really did get the TV, and the guys with the white suits will be there soon to help him set it up. ;)

no way you got that tv...first of all, like everyone has said fedex wouldn't be delivering it.

if you looked at the details of the 61-inch TV when it was on woot...it said expect 2-3 or 4-6 weeks for delivery (cant remember which one) cause they have to send it by freight...not fedex :P

Someone help this guy as I don't have time now. "Lost" is on, and it's a new episode.

now a photo of the tv with the sony remote for the blind and your faux leather attache in the picture, that would prove something. Maybe with tonight's episode of whatever that someone who watches TV could verify on the screen.

The pure logistics of getting that TV to you by now, compared with the stories of those who actually bought the TVs takes away a lot of your credibility. Not to mention that I thought the Beverage of Choice was a "clean out the warehouse" thing, while the InFocus TVs never were in the warehouse to begin with.

Man...I guess I got the crappiest of the craps. Well, let's see here. I got:

1 faux leather bag (with standard clip that broke as soon as it was used)
1 refurb sony remote
1 "Scrub Buddies" toilet brush (not the disposable kind)
1 pack of 10 cat pan liners

Looks like maybe too many orders went through, and they had to run down to the local Dollar General (or whatever dollar store they have there) and stocked up on a bunch of "crap" (it's kinda funny, the toilet brush and cat pan liners are directly related to crap, someone has a sense of humor!).

Well I got my Big ole Crumpet and I have to say I was shocked at the literality of things.

Maybe I should be hapy that I got 8 craps in my bag, but I am not that thrilled.
