Apparently, the kitty was not pleased I got an honorable mention either.

" Enraged at the fact that they weren't even given an honorable mention in contest 47, the crazed cats went on to order the beheading of all winners. This grotesque image shows the angry feline stepping down off the guillotine after the first of what is sure to be many acts of violence we will see."

Am I the only one that noticed that the phone on KuruKishu's Phoneglasses is a Motorola Razr V3? Those weren't in the Woot-Off... Am I also the only one to notice that the phone is mounted upside-down? The wearer would be talking into the speaker, and trying to listen to the microphone.

Good entry nonetheless. Congrats to the winners!

I was amazed at the sheer volume of people who couldn't seem to follow the simple instruction to make a product that combined TWO WOOT-OFF ITEMS. But hey, ignoring the rules seems to pay off, as several entries that should have been disqualified earned honorable mention. Heck, the first prize winner wasn't even created in Photoshop, but is instead a photo of an arts and crafts project they made. Kudos to you!

Who said anything about this being a Photoshop contest? F'real, we took the p-word out of the title for that very reason, and so we can do the occasional contest in some other medium (like our recent haiku-off). We know most of the entries will be p-shopped, but they don't have to be.

Yeah, your entry was good, but when we have hundreds to choose from, chances are some good ones will get slighted. It's simple math. Obviously, everybody thinks they worked the hardest and their entry is the funniest and their 5ki115 are 1337. We disagree with about 95% of them.

As for the rules, we are small, petty men who get cheap thrills from the tiny amount of power we can wield with this contest, and we love nothing more than capriciously snubbing a clearly worthwhile entry just for a momentary rush of perverted satisfaction. Just ask pixelvisions.

How about posting the next contest early for those traveling or away?

LOL!

Bastages! (I knew it!)

Best of all, these contests leave us feeling as "cheap as the affections of a cold, wet puppy."

Happy Turkey Day, ya bastages!

And did anyone else notice all the HM's have green in them (except the Duel Winner, Minimum Rage*)?

If you did, shame on you!

I mean, for not sharing.

Green is the new yellow!

Long live yellow!

*His second place win does, however, have green in it.
Conclusion: the judges got confused.
