Would comment on how great these probably are but I haven't even got mine from last time they were on woot.

also note, this isn't the exact same as before... this one only has 3 cell (not 6 cell like the last refurb for 220)

id rather buy a brand new one for 300 with an 8 hour battery life, instead of there 2 hour

Just got my D150 from Woot (6-cell battery). This little machine is AWESOME! Weighs nothing...battery lasts forever. Mine (red) looked brand new. Great to follow the Woof-off on!! :-D

just got one the other week and i love it, only problem it took forever to ship it out.

Bought one a 1.5 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Good luck on this one. It has been quite an ordeal for many on these Acer Aspire's from Woot.

I have this from woot except with the 6 cell battery...only problem so far is after I upgraded to Win 7 the microphone doesn't work

I have one of these (pink though and I love it - I have the 3 cell battery and I do have to charge it often, but it doesn't bother me...

Maybe they'll have an external DVD/CD drive later in the Woot-Off! (I picked-up a nice one at Traget for $40!)

Got mine at Sam's Club for $299 (new)

Good price, crappy netbook.

Crapmed keyboard, tiny touchpad (compared to Dell & ASUS netbooks). Average performance. 1024x600 vid...too small, no desktop real estate.

Hold out for a better one. Woot will deliver.

Same on was on sellout.woot a little bit ago right after the D150 with the 6 cell was on woot.

Wife has one of these.
thing is constantly forgetting it has a wifi card in it.

Have to cycle power for XP to see it again. Very annoying.

One of the mouse buttons stopped working too. I'm never going to recommend an Acer to anyone.

Yay been wanting another netbook

I got one of these a couple months back. They're just great for traveling use, especially to/from class for an adult student. Probably not suitable as the ONLY college laptop, but great to take notes, connect to the WEB, etc. Has everything you really need, including a good size HDD and enough RAM for the XP-HOME to work well.

NOTE: This one only has the 3 cell battery. Mine has the 6 cell, and lasts for 6 full hours every time. Not sure how long the 3 cell lasts, but probably under 3 hours.

If you need a great little netbook, this is it.

Well, that's why I got an ASUS 1101HA ($414)... 11 hours of battery...
