I had been under the assumption that a woot off lasted one day. Was I mistaken?

Can be up to three. And those suck... but only because you keep wanting to go to bed but are unsure if you should or not. Something good might pop up right after you close your eyes.

wootoffs last 1 or 2 or up to 3 days.

If your laptop has a plug for a DVI or VGA (my laptop has VGA) it can plug right in.

The speakers on monitors generally stink so I don't see why this would be a killer problem.

I think the big thing is that a lot of non-computer appliances use HDMI output, whereas computers are the only thing I know of (though I'm certainly not omniscient) that uses DVI.

In for 1. The TV monitor idea sold me. Want something small in the kitchen. (yeah, I know, "she said that"--*sigh*).

The last one was about 3 days. I think it was the cause of the economic downfall with peoples productivity going into the gutter.

Does anyone wonder if it's gonna be another 72 hour wootoff like last month?

That's a great price,for this.But looking ahead,in two years or less,you will be able to buy,a 24" or maybe a 26" for 200.00 bucks.

Got one of these last time they were up as a regular Woot. Love it. Works great and much better than the 17" flat screen CRT I was using before.

That is why I have an HDMI to DVI cable... well... it is for sale now. Never used. :-)
