O M G! Went to the biggest grocery store around because I happened to be close by it. Felt like I'd been in a war zone. Hundreds and hundreds of people with shopping carts. I escaped relatively unscathed.

You're brave...I'll be going to the store later and I'm avoiding the bigger places in favor of the small one. Fire codes prevent the mob house!

Actually I sent Orc to do the grocery shopping earlier this week. I am sending a friend to get an extra pound of lean hamburger for dinner tonight. When we planned dinner we only were having 6 people, now we are having 8.

Oh sure, the kids just like it when we come to them. We made a snow globe out of a baby food jar at Ver1's event, lots of glitter everywhere.

Ver2's class is having a parent-led story time. I brought a board book copy of "Twas the Night Before Christmas". Then we are going to cut snowflakes out of paper.

When we get home my friends are supposed to be there, although they haven't called for the key yet.

It was a glorious day today. It was sunny and 75* with a slight south breeze. Mrs. Ice ate @Fudruckers out on the patio.
Tomorrow they are predicting a chance of snow with 40 mph north winds....gotta love N. Texas weather

It was yucky here today. I think it got up to 70, but it rained off and on all day, so it was muggy.

It's cooling down now. I think it is supposed to get cold tonight
