Got this identical drive from Tiger Direct back in March; after loading up my custom build and configuring everything, I rebooted clean and computer wouldn't boot. Hard drive failure.

I tried everything: freezer, different orientations, whispering sweet nothings to it, but nothing worked. Luckily it was warranteed but still blows screaming monkey phallus.

Awwww, poor misunderstood Barracuda. He's so lonely without 4 others cuda's to form an array. I know he's small in terms of todays storage devices. He's perfect for a home server, if you haven't pirated every movie ever made in the last 30 years. Maybe you could store your "N Sync" collection on him, that way if he ever dies you won't have lost all that much.
