I used to be an ipod hater. Then I got an ipod touch (iphone without the phone, for the uninitiated) from my wife. Now I'm a believer.

They are incredibly useful - much more than a phone/mp3 player.

I paid less for mine when I got it from AT&T.

Doesn't look to be jail broken/hacked. You will need to do this to get away from the evil AT&T....
My 2G is running very nicely on TMobile's EDGE network for an extra $10/mo for the data plan. Better coverage than AT&T and much cheaper overall. Plus, TMobile isn't complicit with spying on American Citizens w/o a warrant like AT&T.

Not worth it, getting it with a plan is like 200$ and I picked up a touch 32gb from Best Buy brand new for 279$.

ha that's funny i paid 400 for my 16gb 3g back when they first came out. and that was over a year ago

for this price may as well wait for NEW iPad, no contract required
