Love these. I bought a couple of back-up pairs the last time they were offered. I've even used them for recording, since I can't stand the feel of regular headsets.

Break them in, though.

It's not. Not even sure that's possible, but I get these tangled up quite often. Other than that, they're awesome.

To be fair, although Bose somehow developed a following by selling low-quality products for vastly inflated prices, they now manufacture reasonably decent products, which they sell for vastly inflated prices.

Nevertheless, I still refer to them as "Bogus" speakers.

A half a year to a year ago, I purchased two pairs of these. Of the two pairs, neither works now, and that was the case within about a month of purchase. Sound quality was o-k, but nothing special.
My personal recommendation for a good sounding, LOW-COST pair of buds are the (genuine, make sure you get the genuine, NOT OEM Creative ones) Creative EP-630's. I have purchased a couple pairs off of eBay for about 10-14 bucks a pair with shipping. They sound great and hold up well, minimal cord noise too.

Epic!

How do you define a slow Wootoff? If you mean items offered per hour, no - not slow.

I have these, and I really like them. Great sound, and they're the only earbuds that have ever actually stayed in my ears. One channel went dead after I'd owned them for a few months. I sent them back to Maximo, and they sent me a new pair within a week. I have nothing but positive to say.

These are so, so good...but they never last. I've had about four pairs before, spread out over the last few years. I just bought two more. They're ridiculously good for metal music and this is a great price. I can't wait!

Note that these are noise ISOLATION earphones, not noise CANCELING. Isolation earphones just keep outside noise from the ear, much like a set of earplugs. Noise canceling actually involve some sort of sorcery that usually require batteries and more money.

I actually have a pair I bought at a b&m store that are tangle free. I love them. Doesn't matter where they are, I grab them up and no tangles. They sound good too. I did spend more then $12 for them though. Not too much more....
